After nearly two decades in non-profit work, Cara channeled her long-held passion for numbers into a career in bookkeeping. She finds unexpected satisfaction in meticulous data work — reconciling a complex file until it's pristine offers her a reliable sense of accomplishment. She enjoys going beyond standard monthly reporting to uncover discrepancies and provide clients with actionable insights. When she's not working, Cara is cheering on her boys at sporting events, volunteering, or getting lost in a good rom-com.

Sundee's background spans software development and managing large projects at an accounting firm, where budgeting and financial data became second nature. She's deepened her expertise in accounting integrations — including payroll systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools like Qvinci — to help clients streamline processes and make confident business decisions. She sees messy books not as chaos, but as a puzzle waiting to be solved. When she's not working, Sundee plays tennis, spends time with family, and has recently taken up Mahjong.

Erin got into bookkeeping when a co-worker needed help and she quickly realized it wasn't just number-crunching — it measures the health of a business and brings clarity to decision-making. She saw it as a meaningful way to support small business owners who take big risks to build something they're passionate about. Erin especially enjoys cleaning up messy books and solving technical challenges. Outside work she loves gardening, cooking, hiking national parks, and spending time with family and friends.

Dawn fell in love with accounting in college — the combination of history, organization, and puzzle-solving felt like a natural match for her skills. She genuinely enjoys digging into tricky questions and finding answers most people would overlook. Outside of work, she travels, volunteers, reads, and catches baseball games whenever she can. Dawn values the trust and flexibility that comes with her role and brings that same dedication to every client. Her financial advice: start investing early in stocks, mutual funds, and IRAs — it will be worth it.
